Will this fit my keyboard?

Yes. All PureKeycap keycaps use the standard Cherry MX cross (+) stem, compatible with Cherry MX, Gateron, Kailh, and most third-party MX switches. If you're unsure, check that your switches have a + shaped stem — that's all you need.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery: United States 7–15 days, Canada / Australia / UK 10–20 days, Europe 12–20 days, rest of world 15–25 days. Every order ships with a full tracking number.

What if the color looks different or I'm not happy?

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. If the product doesn't meet your expectations for any reason, simply email us at support@purekeycap.com and we'll arrange a full refund. We stand behind every product we ship.

What materials are the keycaps made from?

We carry two types: Resin artisan keycaps — handcrafted, lightweight, vivid colors and unique translucent textures. Zinc alloy metal keycaps — CNC machined, durable, with a satisfying premium weight. Each product page lists the exact material.
