What switches are your keycaps compatible with?
Our keycaps are compatible with Cherry MX switches and all Cherry MX-style cross (+ stem) switches, including Gateron, Kailh, and most third-party MX-compatible switches.
What materials are your keycaps made of?
We carry both resin and zinc alloy keycaps. Each product page clearly states the material so you know exactly what you are getting.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times: United States 7-15 workdays, CA/AU/UK 10-20 workdays, Germany/France/Italy/Spain/Netherlands 12-20 workdays, other countries 15-25 workdays.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over US$50 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below $50 ship for $5.99 (US/UK/CA/AU) or $7.99 (other countries).
How do I clean my keycap?
Most of our keycaps can be rinsed with water. Gently wash with clean water and let it air dry completely before placing it back on your keyboard. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
